Return Period

You may request a return within 10 days from the date of delivery. Returns submitted after this period will not be accepted.

  2. Fake or Counterfeit: If you believe the product is not authentic, notify us within the return period and provide proof of purchase.
  3. Wrong Item / Article Change: If you received an incorrect product or wish to exchange for a different fragrance from our collection, returns are eligible.

Return Process

  • Contact our customer support within 10 days with your order number and reason for return.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  • Once we receive and verify the return, a replacement or refund will be processed.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, fake, or wrong item).
